This blend was made with intention with herbs that have historically been used throughout history to aid in meditation. For example mugwort has been used in a tonic to assist in receiving clearer visions from spirit. An intuitively pulled crystal will also be included to be used during meditation. Some of these crystals include blue calcite, amethyst, fluorite, golden healer, desert rose, sodalite, lapis lazuli, and more.
